To all our loyal customers, friends, and family:
After 6 years at our downtown café location, we’ve decided it’s time to close the book on this part of our 30 year journey in the coffee industry.
The bottom line is we need the space the café offers to expand our cooking and baking facilities more than serving the public from this location is benefiting us. It’s exceptionally hard for people to get to our location with such minimal parking available downtown and with wages increasing so much over the last few years it doesn’t make sense to not utilize the space for what serves our business best in the larger picture.
While this decision is bittersweet and the end of an era, please do not feel too sad for us; know that we are EXCITED and ready to have more time and energy to spend on our drive through locations and really expand on our original brand. You can look forward to more options for food and beverages, better consistency in our baked goods, more time available for staff training, and fewer shortages on your favorite items.
The café will close to the public and begin its transformation into our production facility and main office on 2/28. A modified half day schedule will start about mid month. Gift cards purchased downtown are still valid at the drive throughs.
That being said, LET’S GET TO THE SALE! All our merchandise items and even many of the display pieces need to go. All gift merchandise is 50 % off, plus keep an eye out for other items on sale! Our actual café equipment (espresso, machine, grinder, etc.) is not for sale.
Thank you endlessly for 6 years of support and well wishes for this portion of our 30 year journey. We look forward to this new chapter and hope to see you at our Bimart & Conoco Gas locations.
