The Shack Hamburguesa 🍔
The Shack Dog 🌭
Elote 🌽 (Street Corn)
Vasos de Frutas (Fruit Cup)

The Shack Hamburguesa:
Waygu/Angus Burger topped with American Cheese, Oaxaca Cheese, Ham, Bacon, Avocado, Shredded Lettuce, Homemade Pico de Gallo and Mayo.

The Shack Dog:
Cheddar Bratwurst topped with Ketchup, Mustard, Bacon and Homemade Pico de Gallo.

Let us cook supper for you this Friday! We’ll see you on the square!!

Hey Taco Shack fans!!!

We are going to change things up a little bit for the 4th of July fireworks at Harrison Woods Event Center.

We know everyone LOVES our QuesoBirria and BirriaRamen… but we also know that our line has been extra long here recently (since the Birria menu items are made to order). We are going to try to switch things up a bit. For the 4th of July ONLY… we will NOT serve any Birria. I know some of you are sad, it’s our favorite too. But in trying to get the fastest and most efficient service, we are going to withhold it from our menu for this event ONLY!

Don’t fret just yet… we will have Elote (Chase Street Corn on the cob) and Fruit Cocktail cups with chamoy and tajin to add to the menu for the 4th of July. As well as all our other well loved menu items like loaded nachos, the Shack Special, and of course all the chicken, steak and Al pastor tacos you can eat.

Birria will be making a return to a limited summer menu we will have at ‘Eats in the Streets’ on July 10th in downtown Ellaville from 6-9 pm. As well as a new Mexican Hotdog and The Shack Hamburguesa 😋

We appreciate everyone’s support and understanding! We are just trying to serve everyone faster and more efficiently!

Dear Ellaville and Schley County,

Y’all showed out tonight! We are so thankful for each one of you! We did not expect that kind of turnout! The line was long and it was super hot, but we want to that each one of you for your patience tonight! Thank you the the Ellaville DDA for putting on such a great event! Our next outing will be at the 4th of July Celebration at Harrison Woods Event Center on July 4th! 🎆❤️💙🤍🇺🇸We will have our summer menu, including Elotes (Street Corn on the Cob) and Cocktail de Frutas (Fruit cup with Chamoy and Tajín 😋). See y’all then!

We are so excited about this year’s event celebrating the United States’ 250th birthday! We will have a game area for the kids, including corn hole boards, ladder game, Frisbee, and other outdoor games, as well as face painting! There will also be food and ice cream vendors, as well as a merchandise tent! You don’t want to miss the best fireworks show around!

We want to thank everyone who came out and supported us during Springtime Ellaville!! Once it quit raining… the flood gates opened with people… and they were hungry!! 🤣🤪

Thank you to the Chamber of Commerce, City of Ellaville employees, and City of Ellaville police department for keeping everything running smooth behind the scenes! Y’all are the real heros of this day!!

Rain or shine we will be set up in Ellaville for Springtime Ellaville this Saturday 8-5…

We also decided to add this gem to the menu last minute… ‘Fresas con Crema’ or Strawberries with Cream 🍓 😋

Our suggestion, come on out early, in case the rain does decide to show up later in the day!!

-TacoLoco- otherwise known as the ‘Walking Taco’. Doritos chips topped with rice, beans, street corn, your choice of meat, and queso 😋
