One of the best parts of owning a coffee shop is that there’s always something new to learn.

This week I’m spending some time with my sister at Seasons Bake & Brew in Garrison, North Dakota. We’ve been sharing ideas, swapping tips, learning from each other, and of course serving lots of coffee along the way. ☕️

No matter how long you’ve been in business, there’s always value in seeing how someone else does things. I’m grateful for the opportunity to both teach and learn at the same time.

If you’re ever in the Garrison area, be sure to stop by and check them out! It’s a wonderful little spot with great coffee, baked goods, and small-town hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• 18+
• Barista experience preferred (but we’ll train a quick learner!)
• Friendly, outgoing, and great with customers
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative and is confident taking orders
• Looking for a long-term position
