Thank you for all your patience during our internet outage nightmare!
Sunday, June 30th (yesterday) into this morning we did not have any internet access accompanied by a network outage in our restaurant taking down all printers including the kitchen. This caused us to rely on manually placing orders on handwritten checks to the kitchen, making it very difficult for our kitchen staff and servers to work efficiently. As of an hour ago, we should have this all fixed and resolved and back to business as usual. I commend the staff we have here dealing with these issues and staying positive.
If anyone who came in or tried to call in an order during the last 24 hours had any issues or a bad experience (long waits and incorrect orders) we do apologize. Due to the storms our Modem/Router from Comcast Business completely went dark and no longer would power on Sunday morning. Comcast does not offer Weekend support in this area and they did not have a place where we could get new hardware ourselves otherwise we would have done that. They were able to get us scheduled first thing today. Unfortunately, we then ran into further issues with the Point of Sales system due to the new Modem/Router being different we had to work with the vendor for several configuration changes to get it back online.
Once again thank you all who joined us and were patient. It was certainly a stressful situation to be in while trying to continue to provide you all a great experience.
