The Mutiny Story

Mutiny Pirate Bar & Island Grille is the brain child of Nate Hynson, and Iron Bridge Wine Company’s Steve and Rob Wecker. In 2011, they set out to create a hangout where people could escape the norm and feel free. The result was Mutiny, originally housed in the Point Pleasant neighborhood of Glen Burnie, MD. Since then, sailors from all over the seven seas have fallen in love with Mutiny’s scratch-made food, expertly crafted cocktails, and extensive rum list. It has become a destination for anyone who wants to let loose and have a good time, all while experiencing local and exotic flavors alike. The concept was so successful that in 2018, it could no longer be contained by a single ship, and so Mutiny Elkridge was born. Whether you’ve been a fan of our Glen Burnie (now Pasadena) location for years, or are just climbing aboard for the first time, we can’t wait to take you on a journey of the world through food and rum.
