📣 Exciting News at Davis & Elkins College! 🍽️

We are thrilled to welcome two culinary experts to our team: Campus Executive Chef Matthew Tyre and Head Chef of Graceland Inn & Restaurant Wyatt Stalnaker! Their combined industry experience spans a world of cultural influence, and we're excited to see the impact they'll have on our campus dining experience.

Matthew Tyre brings nearly 20 years of experience working with The Walt Disney Company, leading teams through both challenging times and extraordinary achievements. “D&E is part of my family history, and I’m excited to provide an exceptional experience for all diners across campus,” says Tyre.

Wyatt Stalnaker has honed his skills across the U.S. in California, New York, and West Virginia, from commercial baking to private dinners for high-profile clients. "Food is the ultimate bridge," says Stalnaker. “I want to introduce new tastes and flavors, helping others step out of their comfort zones and experience the richness of global cuisine.”

We can't wait to see how their talents will shape the future of dining at D&E and Graceland Inn & Restaurant!
