Tomorrow is the day guys! Auction is moving on rain or shine. Auction starts at 10am, we plan to start serving around the same time. Come out and have some of our slow smoked, small batch, and big flavor pulled pork. There will be an additional food stand doing hot dogs and baked goods as well. There's definitely something for everyone tomorrow. We hope to see you there!

Hi guys! We are cooking up over here preparing for tomorrow!

Tomorrow is our 'Meat-Up'. Remember pickup is from 12-130 at the old Valley Supply beside the coke plant in elkins! ( We will be on the side by the train tracks)

Remember if you haven't paid to either bring cash or you can pay us via PayPal or FB pay!

Hi guys, we know we've been gone for a little while as we've been taking on more catering but we are back!

We are planning a 'Meat-Up' on May 25th! Pickup will be at Robertson Heating Supply (the old Valley Supply parking lot) at 12-1:30pm!

We will be offering two different options this time for meals

Pulled Pork Sandwiches (with or without bun) with beans, slaw and a drink for $13

Or

Chicken Burn Chicken Leg Quarter with beans slaw and a drink for $12

We are taking orders now until May 18th! Get your order in now to secure your spot! Money due at time of order!
