The Squibbs were my clients, and I honestly couldn’t believe the phone call I received from Melissa telling me what had happened days before her wedding.

I had three wedding table setups that day and a very tight schedule, so moving things around at the last minute was definitely a puzzle. But when someone’s wedding is suddenly thrown into chaos, you make it work. I would do it again and again to make sure my clients always get the day they dreamed of.

My heart goes out to the Squibbs and to all of the other couples and vendors who have been affected. I truly hope justice is served and that everyone impacted gets the answers and resolution they deserve.

Being a housewife doesn’t make you just a housewife. You can be a mom, a wife, a baker, a business owner, a creative, an entrepreneur… sometimes all before lunch. 😂

To the women sitting on a talent because you don’t think it’s “enough” to turn into something real: it is.

Build the little business. Monetize the thing you’re good at. See where it takes you.

And if someone calls it “just” a hobby or “just” something you do at home?

Let them. You know what it’s worth. 💕
