Many of you have been waiting for us to reopen, and begging us to serve our delicious tacos…
🥹 This hasn’t been an easy decision to make, but after a lot of conversations, prayers, and late nights, our family has decided to close the restaurant. 🛑
Parmajacos was built with love — love for food, love for our community, and most importantly, love for our family. Along the way, we learned that sometimes the hardest part of chasing a dream is knowing when to adjust it.
Right now, our family needs more balance, more time to focus, and more time for ministry. We need more time to help loved ones, more time to spend together, and a little more breathing room…because well, breathing is kind of important and we’ve been holding our breath for far too long!
That said, this is not goodbye. ❤️
Our food truck will still be here, and we’re excited to keep serving the tacos you love, just in a way that fits our family better in THIS season of life.
We are beyond grateful for every customer, every kind word, every shared meal, and every ounce of support you’ve given us. You made this journey unforgettable, and we carry that gratitude with us into what’s next.
Thank you for believing in us, cheering us on, and continuing to support Parmajacos.
We’ll see you at the truck 🌮🚚 (when it’s warmer out 😆 )
