Fun fact: Johann Sebastian Bach reportedly drank up to 30 cups of coffee daily; he even premiered the Coffee Cantata (BWV 211) at his favorite coffee house. It is thought that his famous ode to our favorite brew reflected the cultural shift towards coffee as a symbol of independence and social gathering. Just think, 290 years later, we’re the place people gather, thanks Mr. Bach!
