We have experimented with AI and now use it often, except that our food photos are real, not artificial. Customers praise our remarkable, overall authenticity:

• Chef Anita prepares her entrees as taught to her by mother and grandmother.

• She uses quality, fresh ingredients, often from local farms and suppliers.

• Many of her spices come directly from India.

• Her butter chicken marinates overnight in special, chef-prepared sauce.

• Chef innovates often with tasty new dishes. She just introduced “Papdi Chaat,” another worthy entrée.

• Her fusion offerings, paninis, wraps, and subs, feature Indian flavors in familiar forms.
