🚨 Policy Change — One order. $250 wasted.
Today, a large phone order was placed and never picked up. That meant our team spent time preparing over $250 worth of fresh food, time and attention that could have gone to other customers only for it to be thrown away.
Our staff works incredibly hard, and moments like this don’t just hurt our bottom line they impact our ability to serve everyone efficiently.
Because of this, effective immediately, all phone orders over $50 will require full payment at the time the order is placed.
We don’t make changes like this lightly, but it only takes one situation like today to force our hand.
