I have about 4 left. I got these lab tested from the health department and it is recommended to refridgerate to prevent bacteria growth.

Next batch I will alter the recipe to eventually make them shelf stable (left at room temperature)

Thank you everyone for your support. We have officially served our last bowl of pho 15 minutes ago.
Egg Rolls are completely gone but dont worry we are prepping some fresh ones at this moment. Probably only 5 dozen. Come come and get it before we are officially out of it as well.
Seafood boils are all that we have along with a few options of appetizers. Thank you to our community that has supported us in our journey. We appreciate anyone and everyone who has step foot inside our doors from our whole heart. Thank You for a great 3 years.

Only a few days left until we will be closed. We have 20lbs of snow crab clusters left And we've been busy all week rolling eaggrolls for our eggroll sale this upcoming sunday. We have about 700 eggrolls. They do go by fast so come get Elk Mounds favorite eggrolls before it will no longer be available. $20 a dozen.

Come get your seafood boils while we still have them in stock. We should have our pho up until closing on sunday.

We started our restaurant off with an Egg Roll sale. It only makes it right to end with our Egg Roll sale. This Sunday and next Sunday our last day $20 a dozen of our famous Egg Rolls.
