After a trip to Maui, Chef Brett came home with some island inspiration and turned it into something all his own. Our Seared Ahi Bruschetta brings together sesame-seared ahi, bright wasabi & pea purée, cherry tomato, pineapple slaw, grilled toast, and pickled ginger for a fresh, vibrant bite with a little tropical flair.
