Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone and an even more incredible person.
After 30 years of serving the Elk Grove community, Patty will officially retire on September 15th.
Patty’s journey began in 1996 as the manager of Pizza Bell in Elk Grove. Through her dedication, leadership, and passion, she became the General Manager overseeing all three Pizza Bell locations. In 2010, she took ownership of the Elk Grove restaurant, carrying on the Pizza Bell legacy with unwavering commitment. Through changing times—including the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic—she remained a constant source of strength for her employees and the community. In 2024, she passed the torch to new ownership, and the restaurant was proudly renamed Patty’s Pizza Shack in honor of the legacy she built.
Over the past three decades, Patty has done far more than serve great pizza. She gave hundreds of local teens their very first jobs, hosted thousands of team celebrations, watched generations of families grow, and helped create countless memories that will forever be part of Elk Grove’s story.
Anyone who walked through the doors could feel the care, warmth, and personal touch Patty poured into every corner of the restaurant. She built more than a business—she built a place where people felt welcome, celebrated, and at home.
Patty, thank you for your unwavering dedication, your kindness, and the love you invested in your employees, your customers, and this community. Your impact reaches far beyond these walls, and your legacy will continue for generations to come.
Congratulations on your well-earned retirement! As you begin this exciting new chapter on September 15th, know that your Pizza Bell and Patty’s Pizza Shack family, along with the entire Elk Grove community, will forever be grateful for your 30 years of service, leadership, and friendship. Your legacy will never be forgotten. ❤️🍕
