Since joining Tasty Catering three years ago, Valerie Galvez has brought creativity and a fresh perspective to our Sales team as an Event Designer, helping turn ideas into memorable experiences.

Outside of work, Valerie enjoys going to the gym, trying new restaurants, and meal prepping. She loves fettuccine alfredo, enjoys the energy of summer, and hopes to experience Carnival in Brazil someday. She’s also a proud cat mom to Lola, who keeps things lively at home.

With 30 years at Tasty Catering, Kristen Banks has played a vital role in growing our business and building lasting client relationships through her work in Business Development.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending warm days at the pool or beach, walking outdoors, and cheering on her sons—whether it’s music or soccer. She loves making chili with her fiancé, dreams of visiting Hawaii, and enjoys relaxing with shows like Chicago Fire and Chicago Med. The 4th of July is her favorite holiday, filled with pool parties, concerts, and fireworks with family and friends.

Outside of work, Monserrat enjoys exploring Chicago, going to the gym, swimming, visiting museums and zoos, and relaxing with Netflix. Outside of work, Juan enjoys going out and exploring new places, spending time with friends, and staying active.
