Then, the brewer who is interviewed becomes the interviewer. So I got to interview Brad West of Xul Beer Company out of Knoxville, Tennessee. ๐ŸŒฎ unfortunately, our food truck for tonight had to cancel. We will be making our ๐Ÿฅจ and ๐Ÿ•, but feel free to bring in your own food too.

I saw a post today about bringing back bomber bottles and filling them with high IBU hoppy beers. Thatโ€™s something Iโ€™ve been craving for quite some time too!

So I went into the warehouse and pulled out the Meheen bottling line. We havenโ€™t touched or used this thing since February of 2022. I dusted it off, plugged it in, and boomโ€ฆwith a little love, replaced parts, and elbow grease, itโ€™s ready to go!

Who wants some hoppy beers in big, glass bottles again like I do?! Letโ€™s bring back the IBU wars!
