After much contemplation and a very heavy heart we are sad to announce that Shonie’s will be closing. This for me was never all about the profit! I loved providing jobs for the youths in our community and the mentoring portion was my absolute favorite.
However, with that said we cannot sustain the business with minimum wage at $15 per hour and the cost of the product going up, sadly.
The amount of time and work it takes to keep it running is just not justifiable. Thank you all for your love and support for Shonie’s Soft Serve for the last 6 seasons.
