A lot of people ask about allergy-friendly options, and it’s hard to respond to everyone individually, so we wanted to make a post to help answer some common questions!

We are happy to offer dairy-sensitive, gluten-sensitive, egg-sensitive, and nut-sensitive cakes and cupcakes. We can also make gluten-sensitive cookies. At this time, we do not offer any sugar-free products.

A quick explanation of the word “sensitive”: while we take every precaution possible to prevent cross-contamination, we are not a dedicated gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, or nut-free kitchen. Because of this, we cannot advertise our products as completely gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, or nut-free.

Additionally, our specialty recipes are designed to accommodate the specific sensitivity requested and are not automatically free from other allergens. For example, an egg-sensitive recipe may still contain gluten or dairy, and a gluten-sensitive recipe may still contain eggs or dairy. If multiple allergies or sensitivities need to be considered, please discuss them with us before placing your order so we can determine whether we can safely accommodate your request.

If you or a loved one has a food allergy or sensitivity, please let us know when placing your order. We take these requests seriously and do everything we can to prepare your items with extra care and attention.
