✨ STAFF SPOTLIGHT ✨
Today we have our morning shift queen. GRACE!

She knows your drink before you call. Has it ready right before you walk in. Giving you your morning pick me up! Shes quick with everything she does, whether it’s serving, making your drinks, stocking, etc. in a blink, she’s already done it! She also makes the best latte art!!
Did you know, The Coffee Company is her first job & she’s one of our shift leads? We are so grateful to have her 👏

A few facts about Grace 🦎
• She started off in dish. Then moved to register, soon after she started serving and became a shift lead! She has become a huge asset to our team 😍
• She loves the community The Coffee Company brings. Customers & staff! Getting to know them personally. And of course, the coffee!!
• With her continuous growth, her positions have given her opportunities to meet new people, learn new things, grow as a person, and gain experience with coffee and people!
• Outside of work she is a huge animal lover. She has an iguana named Flip (pictured). She rides horses and spends time with her cats. She enjoys drawing. She does a lot of our chalk board signs! She also enjoys spending time with her long distance boyfriend, Dom! 🤍

We are so grateful to have you apart of our team, Grace! We love watching you grow 🫶🏼
