We are so thankful to be a part of the Elizabethton Farmers Market and a wonderful ag community

Thank you to the Elizabethton Star for highlighting the benefits of buying from local farms! The recent Cyclospora outbreak has made national headlines, and it's important to stay informed in order to stay safe.

Commercial produce is passed through dozens of facilities and hundreds of hands before it makes it's way to your plate. Minimizing exposure by buying directly from local farms is a surefire way to know that your produce has been passed through one location, by one set of hands.

Commercial agriculture relies heavily on recyled and reclaimed water sources. Small family farms in our communities use the same local municipal water services that we all use in our homes, tested to the safety standards of drinking water.

All made with Organic high quality ingredients and a dash of love and care sprinkled in.

Just going to be very honest.

As a trained pastry chef. Someone wearing basically a bra with her armpits out and belly and b***s out AND is wearing a mood/health tracker ring which is harbored mg bacteria one hundred percent.

This is SO INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHYGIENIC.

I understand people want to learn from TikTok and YouTube and then turn around and sell it. But stop. Like actually stop it. You could make someone seriously ill if you aren’t going to be doing it in a professional proper way. This isn’t something to just be a hobby and you’re trying your best.

Do better.
