Chicken Fajita Smasher Taco 🌮🔥

We’re taking fajita-seasoned chicken and smashing it right into a tortilla, then loading it up with fire-roasted peppers and onions, melty Chihuahua cheese, crisp shredded lettuce, creamy avocado crema, and fresh pico de gallo. Served with a side of pepper jack queso for dipping, because every bite deserves to get dunked in something cheesy, creamy, and a little spicy.
