Sometimes the journey takes you off the path in order to understand the path. Maybe it’s something else that pulls you away from the path. You ever feel so focused you don’t even know what your focused on anymore? You ever been so loyal that you forgot yourself in the process? I’ve had the opportunity to be around so many amazing people but yet never felt I am where I am supposed to be. I came up alone and very untrusting of people. You see people always let me down so I learned not to expect but to enjoy what ever time that was given to us. I’ve been on top and I’ve been at bottom. I chose a normal life over street life… well somewhat. I fell in love with nightlife at the age of 19 but didn’t respect the business till my 30’s by that time I realized I needed a break well at least I thought. Not going into details with that. Fast forward to today I am once again at that bottom and I accept and also respect it. I know what needs to be done and I know how to get where I need to go. I apologize to anyone and everyone that I’ve hurt on my ups and also on my downs. I’m not perfect I wake up every day put my feet on the ground and just go. Most days I’m hit with some new s**t but I know to just move even if I need a min eventually I will move. I’ve learned over the years to be honest about how I feel and not hold that s**t in. Most people don’t get that and are either offended or amused. I could’ve taken a couple easy ways out many of times but I’ve stayed on this path due to promises I e made. Sometimes it feels like it’s going nowhere and sometimes feels like I went in a circle. But I have faith that one day it will all make sense.
