This week's soup is Italian Wedding.

Savory broth filled with tender mini meatballs, fresh greens, vegetables and pasta — warm, hearty and homemade.

Despite the name, it isn’t traditionally a “wedding” soup. The name comes from the Italian phrase minestra maritata, meaning “married soup”—referring to how beautifully the flavors of the meat and greens come together.
