We're back! Yes, we will be serving up some yummy shaved ice at Shanendoah Soccer fields in Elgin. Come by and help support EYSA. Look forward to seeing everyone!

Come out to the McDade Watermelon Festival because that's where we're at! We have a huge shaved ice banner, come check us out and all the other cool events happening!

We wanted to thank everyone that stopped by to support us. We received so much positive feedback, it's nice to know the extra effort we put into making our product is noticed. We do not buy pre-made syrups and mix fresh for every event. ALOT of people wanted to know where are store front was located :).... We are working on that, we will keep you all posted on our whereabouts.
