Had the opportunity to speak at Memorial High School in Wichita Falls for Hispanic Heritage Month! I got to share a little about our journey with Carlitos and Pump City. It was awesome getting to talk with the students about work, taking chances, and our parents story of never being afraid to start somewhere.

Thank you Memorial High School for having me and letting me share our story! We’re proud of where we came from and even more excited for what’s ahead! ❤️

Thank you for helping us celebrate this month!

🏆 YOUR 2026 COMMUNITY CHOICE AWARD WINNER FOR MEXICAN RESTAURANT IS CARLITOS! ❤️🎉

We truly can’t thank everyone enough who took the time to vote and make this possible! Without this amazing community, Carlitos wouldn’t be what it is today, and we are beyond grateful for the support you’ve shown our family over the years.

We started Carlitos back in 2001, and for the past 25 years, we’ve worked nonstop doing what we love—serving the communities that have supported us every step of the way. To still be here 25 years later and receive an award like this means more to us than we can put into words. ❤️

This award belongs just as much to our amazing staff and our loyal guests as it does to us. Thank you for continuing to walk through our doors, bring your families, recommend us to your friends, and support a locally owned family business.

And OBVIOUSLY… we can’t win #1 Mexican Restaurant without celebrating! 😁🌮🍹

Stay tuned—we’ve got a special coming to celebrate with all of you! 👀🔥

From the Carlitos family to yours, THANK YOU! ❤️
