Hello our great Eldon folks, unfortunately Steve and Carol's Grub Bus will not be opened today, our parts we were waiting for did not come in yesterday.đŸ˜• we can not operate without the proper equipment to serve our customers safety. WE WILL REOPEN WEDNESDAY September 23, also we will be opened Thursday the 24th, and special opening on Friday the 25th AND SATURDAY THE 26TH. SO WE GET 4 DAYS TO SERVE U GUYS. Hello folks, we will be Closed tomorrow Wednesday September 16th, Due To our Sandwich prep table quit cooling, we have another coming but unfortunately it will not be in till tomorrow afternoon. Also look at what is finally happening to the Bus. Hope it doesn't take to long so we can start serving in different places around town. Ok Everyone so for this Thursday's special we are going to be having a little comfort food, Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches your choice of our reg. Sides and a drink. Or just a Grilled cheese sandwich, which will be a little less charge. So come to Steve and Carol's Grub Bus tomorrow from 10am to 6pm. And enjoy a little comfort.

Good Morning all, just wanted to let all our valued Customers that we will be closing early today because of the heat. WE WILL BE CLOSING AROUND 3PM IF NOT EARLIER. YESTERDAY IT WAS 128 DEGREES IN THE BUS. ON A GOOD NOTE OUR SPECIAL TODAY WILL BE STUFFED PEPPERS AND A NICE COLD CUCUMBER TOMATO PEPPER SALAD. SEE YOU AT 10AM TODAY AT STEVE AND CAROL'S GRUB BUS LOCATED AT THE BARKLAGE DRYWALL PARKING LOT RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE SHELL GAS STATION IN ELDON MO.
