So many people acknowledge the seriousness of a nut allergy, Alpha Gal can be just as serious as a nut allergy.

Thankfully nuts do have a warning on packaging for them, unfortunately Mammal products are hiddening in sooooo many products so its hard to know what is safe and what is not.

From cooking on the same griddle, smoked in the same smoker, using the same skillet, baking in the same oven and so many other little details.
