Employee Spotlight: Erek “Squirrely Dan”
From washing dishes as a porter to earning his place as a Commis Chef, Erek has proven that hard work, dedication, and persistence pay off. Through long hours, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellence, he has climbed the ranks to become the right-hand man of the Big Cheese himself.
When he’s not helping create incredible dishes in the kitchen, Erek can usually be found embracing his trademark awkward charm or serving the community as a part-time firefighter for the City of Eldon.
