Chef Cabana’s Weekend Features 🍷

Chef Cabana has a really good lineup for us this weekend — and I’m not sure which one I’m most excited about. 😍

Start with Brie & Pear Crostini with whipped Brie and champagne-poached pear, then there’s Pan-Seared Mahi topped with a crawfish, leek and roasted corn sauce, served with skillet-crusted potatoes and sweet tea collards.

And because we obviously needed something sweet to finish it off… Tiramisu. 🤎
