Our Island Escape Wine Dinner is finally here!

Chef has created a five-course tropical-inspired menu, and Winston McQuitery has selected wines to perfectly complement each course. From a Yuzu Seafood Wonton Cup to Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass and Kona Coffee Mousse, tonight’s menu is designed to transport you to the islands—one course at a time.

Well… I’d say yesterday was a success. 🥹🏆

Oakley’s Wine Bar & Bistro brought home Best in Show at the 2026 Flavors of the South!

We can’t even tell you how proud we are of this team. We spent weeks planning this booth, figuring out the presentation, tweaking the menus, and then we plated hundreds of bites, hoping people would love it as much as we did.

Chef Ashley absolutely knocked it out of the park. His featured bites were incredible, our team worked their tails off all day, and it paid off.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, grabbed a sample, voted for us, or just came over to say hello. We truly appreciate every one of you!

Congratulations to Chef Ashley and the entire Oakley’s crew!

Now… if you missed us yesterday, I guess you’ll just have to come let us show you what all the fuss was about. 😉🍷

Oakley’s Wine Bar & Bistro will be at the Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce’s Flavors of the South this Thursday, July 23!

Chef Ashley Cabana will be serving three specially curated bites from Oakley’s, alongside tastings from restaurants and vendors across Baldwin County. There will also be beer, wine, food trucks, and a silent auction!
