We’ve been working on something new, and we’re excited to finally share it.

Introducing Wine Journey, our new monthly wine experience.

Each month, we’ll feature a different collection of four wines, thoughtfully chosen to take you from the first pour to the last. Along the way, we’ll share tasting notes, pairing ideas, Happy Hour favorites, and Chef’s recommendations to help you discover something you might not have ordered otherwise.

Well… apparently when you’re wearing the event coordinator hat, the decorating hat, and the social media hat, something has to give. 😂

Unfortunately, it was the photos tonight!

So these are the only ones I managed to snap before our guests arrived—but trust me when I say the room quickly filled up, the food prepared by Chef Ashley Cabana was incredible, and the wine pairings selected by Winston McQuitery were outstanding!

I also have to give a huge thank you to P&K Nursery. I showed up the day before the event with a vision for tropical greenery and florals, and they went above and beyond to help make it happen. Their suggestions were exactly what this space needed to bring the Island Escape theme together.

Thank you to everyone who spent the evening with us, truly.

We can’t wait to welcome you back (or for the first time) for the next Wine Dinner at Oakley’s in August! 😉 🍷🌴

Reminder: Oakley‘s Wine bar and bistro will be closed to the public for dining service this evening for our Island Escape Wine Dinner.

🌺 Tonight’s the Night! 🥂

Our Island Escape Wine Dinner is finally here!

Chef has created a five-course tropical-inspired menu, and Winston McQuitery has selected wines to perfectly complement each course. From a Yuzu Seafood Wonton Cup to Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass and Kona Coffee Mousse, tonight’s menu is designed to transport you to the islands—one course at a time.

On Wednesday, July 29, our guests will enjoy a five-course culinary journey inspired by the flavors of the islands, with each course thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement every bite.

From the first course to dessert, Chef Cabana and our team have created an evening designed to transport you somewhere tropical — without ever leaving Oakley’s.
