From watching us start with a dream to sitting at our table years later saying he’s proud of how far we’ve come. There’s something extra special about hearing it from your own son. Someone who remembers the long days, the struggles, the hot food truck days, and everything it took to get here.

But what he may not realize is how proud we are of him too. Watching him grow up, chase his own dreams, and build a business of his own has been one of our proudest moments as parents 🥹 We guess we’re all out here making each other proud.

We’ve come a long way, El Paso. And we’re still just getting started!
