Our founders original recipe, caldillo. A spicy beef stew, with deliciously cooked potatoes, perfectly ripe hand-cut tomatoes and the right amount of jalapeño heat!!!!

Attention: we had a water pipe burst, and we couldn't turn off water, cause the water company put locking lids on water shut-off valves! That's really dumb. So not only did the kitchen flood we also had to close.

If you are wondering why we closed, restaurants are prohibited from operating without running water, as hand washing won't be available. We will gladly close for the sake of the health and safety of our customers.
