🚨 Fresh Catch Friday 🚨 in October is STILL full of flavor! Pan seared California halibut, Hiatt Spices and Rubs Caribbean jerk spice rub, Rockney Farms roasted Pasilla pepper and fingerling potato hash, fresh jalapeños, tomatoes, green onions, pickled green mango, chili oil.
Chef Dean Hiatt is no stranger to breaking down entire proteins and our fish program here at Red's is all about nose to tail! Utilizing as much of the fish, while teaching the younger line staff those career knife skills. "Poor Red's, it's not just steaks, chicken and ribs anymore. It's an experience!"
