MEET THE TEAM: Rebecca!

Rebecca is a wife, mom, and Kitchen Manager here at the bakery. She is also the owner of LovelylilDoxies, a miniature dachshund breeding program. She and her husband will celebrate 15 years of marriage this October, and together they have two children who attend Maranatha Baptist Christian School.

Rebecca is no stranger to hard work. Her experience extends well beyond the bakery, as she also spent several years working as a lunch lady at two different schools. Whether she’s preparing a meal or baking something from scratch, she loves creating food that brings people together, puts smiles on faces, and—most importantly—leaves everyone with a full belly!

When she’s not in the kitchen, Rebecca’s favorite place to be is with her family. And, of course, you’ll almost always find a few miniature dachshunds nearby. They may be small, but they have somehow managed to take up a LOT of space in her family’s hearts—and apparently, their house too! 😂🐾

As if she didn’t already have enough on her plate, Rebecca is also a licensed real estate agent. She is currently inactive while she focuses her time and energy on the bakery, her family, and LovelylilDoxies.

Above all, Rebecca’s faith is at the heart of everything she does. Her family, her faith, and her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her are what matter most. Whether she’s serving up something delicious, loving on her family, raising her little dachshunds, or simply lending a helping hand, she believes life is best lived with a little food, a lot of love, and occasionally a dachshund underfoot. ❤️

✨ MEET THE TEAM: JACKSON ✨

Meet Jackson Lewis! Jackson is one of our high school team members, and we’re pretty lucky to have him around!

Jackson is a Senior at Smackover High School, where he’s currently ranked in the top 3 of his class. He stays busy as a member of the Trap Team, Mu Alpha Theta, and National English Honor Society, and he was also selected as a Boys State delegate.

With graduation getting closer, and an Associate’s Degree almost completed, Jackson already has some exciting options ahead! He’s been accepted to OBU, Louisiana Tech, SAU, and ULM and is considering pursuing a degree in Pharmacy. 🎓

When he’s not working or keeping up with school, you’ll probably find Jackson golfing, hunting, playing guitar, gaming, listening to music entirely too loud, or hanging out with his friends.

He describes himself as outgoing, funny, and a good friend—and we’d say that fits him pretty well. He knows when it’s time to buckle down and work hard, but he definitely knows how to have a good time too.

Jackson has been working with us for over a year now, so he’s definitely become part of the bakery family. We’ve loved getting to watch him grow, work hard, and somehow balance a pretty impressive list of accomplishments along the way. We’re proud to have him on our crew and can’t wait to see where life takes him after graduation! 💙

👋 MEET THE TEAM

Hey y’all! I’m Kelli—the woman behind the scenes, behind the counter, and usually behind about 47 things happening at once.

I’m a wife, mom, business owner, and the person who somehow decided owning a bakery sounded like a relaxing career choice. 🤪

I’ve owned the business for 8 years, but we’ve been serving our community for over 40 years. I’m incredibly proud to be part of that history and to continue building on the legacy that came before me.

I love creating a place that feels like more than somewhere you stop for something sweet. I want it to feel welcoming, familiar, and like a little piece of our community.

Around here, you’ll usually find me planning the next thing, taste-testing something I absolutely needed to taste test, rearranging something that was perfectly fine where it was, or coming up with another idea that creates more work for everyone. 😂 And if you’re ever wondering where I’ve been, just follow the little trail of ingredients and general chaos I somehow leave behind me. My employees can probably confirm. 🤦‍♀️😂

A few things about me:
☕ Coffee is basically a food group.
🛍️ I will always vote yes to a shopping trip.
🚗 My life frequently revolves around burning up the roads for my kids and everything they have going on.
✈️ I love traveling and making memories in new places.

Owning a small business is equal parts exciting, exhausting, chaotic, and rewarding—and I’m incredibly thankful for everyone who walks through our doors, shares our posts, tells a friend about us, or chooses to spend their hard-earned money with our little business.
