Some moments in life remind us how precious and fragile it all is.

Many of you know Sofya, our chef here at C. Knight’s Steakhouse. For more than five years, she has been an important part of our family, bringing her talent, dedication, and heart to our kitchen every single day.

Recently, Sofya and her husband, Matt, welcomed twin babies into the world after a difficult pregnancy. Tragically, after just one month, they experienced the unimaginable loss of one of their beautiful daughters.

There are no words that can truly ease a loss like this. As a community, however, we can come together to help carry some of the burden during this incredibly difficult time.
