Wagashi Workshop/ with Yame Matcha Super fun and tasty!! She is a great teacher but I’m not good at making Wagashi…sigh…😮‍💨lol
龍谷大学同窓会の一環で八女抹茶を使用していただくことになり行ってまいりました🫡 さんありがとうございます🙏 練り切りの形を作ってきましたが、「小手先の修正につぐ修正をして騙している…でも根本は変えられていない…まるで自分のようだ……」という気分になりましたが😂、八女抹茶と和菓子は最高でした！！本格的な和菓子が気になる方はぜひまなさんをフォローしてみてください♪

そして茶缶を持ちつづけ…
そのうち〜と得意の先送りしまくっていた茶缶ワークショップをいいかげんやろう！ということで、とりあえず自分で作ってみました。
真っ直ぐな線引いて切るのが下手すぎて笑いましたが、楽しかったです🙌さー今年は頑張るぞ💪

Guess which one is which! Left or Right???
(One was prepared using a bamboo whisk, and the other was made with a resin whisk.)
Some people are interested in the resin whisk but they are worried about whisking matcha well. The resin whisk is made in Japan, easy to use, dishwasher safe and durable. (How many times did you replace the bamboo whisk??) It’s hard to get the Japanese authentic bamboo whisks here,so I recommend the resin one instead. Once you try it, you won’t go back to bamboo whisks! (you can get them at chato & online shop)
ナマケモノ🦥で不精な私がおすすめするのはこちらの樹脂製茶筅です。以前Amazonで買った廉価版は使いものになりませんでしたが、さすが日本製。しっかりしてますね。
こちらでは毎日自分で抹茶をカジュアルに点てる方が多いので、日本からの竹製茶筅はほとんど手に入らない状況考えてもみんなこれ使ったらいいのにな〜と思ってます🍵

サンフランシスコのお茶屋さんChaToさんで働き始めました。去年の12月から😆だいたい水曜、土日のどちらかいます。
八女茶だけではなく日本茶全てを勧めることができる喜びを噛みしめております…(変態か😂)
色々できることが増えそうでこれからが楽しみです！とりあえず明日はレジンの茶筅をPRしまくります。この茶筅、優秀すぎてとにかく気に入ってます！！！みなさん、お茶飲みに立ち寄ってくださいね🍵

Just got my hands on the cutest tea-dyed bag from 🙌🥹❤︎ Highly recommend the workshop!
10月に作ったお茶染めのトートバッグを実家から送ってもらいました。かわいいーーー💃テンション上がりました。静岡にある駿府の匠宿では他にも色んな伝統工芸のワークショップがあってずっと私はときめいていました🥹講座受けまくって1日中何かを作っていたかったです笑　みなさんもぜひ行ってみてください🙌

I visited@sunpu_takumishuku for a tea-dye workshop. The venue was new and gorgeous✨I've been curious about Chazome (Tea-Dye) and got to create on a tea-dyed bag. (It's headed to my mom's house after drawing. )I want to try tea-dyeing by myself sometime🥹
投稿忘れてました、先日の静岡滞在時に駿府の工房匠宿さんへ行ってきました！ずっとずっと茶染めに興味があって(マニアックか…)
すでに茶染めされたトートバッグにチタンの液を使って脱色させることによって絵が描けるそうです。ちょうど茶染めの作業をされていた職人さんがいたので根掘り葉掘り聞いてきました😆
いつか自分でも茶染めしてみたいものです！！ロマンがあるな〜〜✨

少しお茶入荷したよ、というお知らせをしたいがために…。この写真を撮ろうとしたら、はちゃめちゃ苦戦しました。ほうじ茶パウダー茶色と他の緑が合わなすぎて。結局2枚に分けたという。
