Hey! We're approaching Benchmark Coffee Company's one year anniversary on Friday. In honor of this milestone we wanted to take a look back at this time last year. Once we settled on using a shipping container for Benchmark, it was time to get to work. The container was delivered to our family's farm south of El Campo, and almost every day for several months Carson would drive past the Starbucks construction project on Mechanic Street to work on our little dream. Finally, our opening day arrived.. things may have been on the hectic side!😃 But we survived, and today, thanks to all of our customers and our wonderful baristas, we're still here and looking forward to serving you for another year!
