Gift Cards... as several have posted, we are aware there are outstanding gift cards. This decision to close was made in the last few weeks. It has not been a long-term plan.

We are working on a plan to allow them to be redeemed, but today's closing was as much a surprise to us as it is the public. As soon as we have a plan, we will communicate it.

You can private message Molli Bodungen if you may be interested in using them to purchase coffee products, teas, frozen items, or even some of the furniture we have for sale.

We have always been a service-minded organization and we do not take this concern lightly. Thank you for your understanding.

We planned to be open one more week, but as of September 20th, 2026, Jackson Street Coffee & Market is OFFICIALLY CLOSED.

We are grateful that our employees were able to secure other employment prior to our closing, but that left us unable to operate adequately to serve you well.

We appreciate the many years of loyalty and support! Jackson St FT Sugar² will be open soon and we look forward to the amazing things Amber has planned for El Campo and the surrounding area!

If you have events and caterings booked, do not worry! All events and caterings are on the books and we are ready to serve you during this transition. If you need to book a catering or event, continue to use the link on our website to submit your inquiry and Amber or Molli will follow up with you. We are working together to make sure this transition is smooth and Jackson St remains an integral part of the patchwork of our amazing community!

We would like to thank our awesome employees, especially Alex and Jessica, our managers, Katie, our Pastry Chef, and Darrell, our anything we ask guy, for their service. This group has been the heart of Jackson St. I would like to thank my partners, Demetric Wells and Jennifer Kidwell, for taking this ride with me.

The next chapter in the Jackson St book... begins TODAY!
