Our Story

Door Artisan Cheese Company opened in Spring of 2017. A unique culinary experience located in Egg Harbor WI in beautiful Door County. Master Cheesemaker Mike Brennenstuhl showcases the craft of cheesemaking at Door Artisan Cheese Company. You can watch cheese being made as well as tour the cheese aging caves. The Cave Market is the specialty food store located within Door Artisan Cheese that features select artisan cheeses from around the world including over 20 cheeses made on site. Glacier Ledge Restaurant is also part of Door Artisan Cheese Company. It offers casual fine dinning in a beautiful setting inside and out.
