Although at Hobbs Brewing Company has been postponed it doesn't mean you can't come get your fill of our German specialties.
We'll be there 12 till 6

We will be offering.
Grilled bratwurst
Smoked kielbasa
Konigberger klopse (German meatballs)
Jeager schnitzel (breaded pork topped with mushroom sauce)
Zuricher Geschnetzeltes ( pork and mushroom stew)
Rolladen ( braised beef rolls filled with bacon, onion, pickles, and mustard)
All dishes served with hot German potato salad and spiced red cabbage.
Sweet option will be Bavarian creme filled churros.

New generator, up and running. We'll be back out tomorrow 11 till 8 at Hobbs Brewing Company . Come on by and try the new Fiesta fireworks, bacon wrapped smoked jalapeños stuffed with chorizo sausage, cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
