Since joining 1818 Butcher + Market in 2023, Chad has become the guy behind many of the cuts our guests know and love. From house-made brats and breakfast sausage to beautifully trimmed steaks and chops, Chad brings consistency, craftsmanship, and a whole lot of pride to the butcher block every day.

If you’ve picked something up from our case and thought, “that looks incredible,” there’s a pretty good chance Chad had a hand in it.
