Today we’re celebrating the man behind so much of what makes Signature Grill special. For nearly 18 years, Chef Clay has poured his talent, creativity, and countless hours into creating the dishes and experiences our guests have come to know and love.

When he’s not in the kitchen, his favorite role is simply Dad. ❤️
