Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

A great way to use up your frozen bananas…Don’t have frozen bananas. Next time you purchase a bundle of bananas and they ripen quicker than you can eat them, use them in a recipe like this or freeze them. Don’t toss them. 😉

First time making Focaccia and it turned out perfectly!! Crunchy exterior and pillowy soft interior. I seasoned mine with Italian seasonings, garlic, and flakey salt.
Just imagine this with some homemade meatballs in marinara with melted mozzarella. *chefs kiss*

By the way... this is cheaper than buying a loaf at the store. And simpler than you think. This bread is quite forgiving. 😉
