I WON THE TWISTED TREE BAKERY COOKIE COMPETITION!!
Honestly, I’m still trying to process that I can even say that.
I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. There have been so many good moments, but there have also been some really hard ones, and I truly don’t think I would be where I am today without the people who have continued to believe in me and encourage me along the way.
Starting Sugar Crumbz has brought me so many opportunities that I never expected. Every order, market, event, new connection, and new experience has taught me something and pushed me a little further outside of my comfort zone. Looking back, it’s crazy to see how all of those little opportunities have led me to where I am now.
Being able to participate in the cookie competition with Twisted Tree Bakery Company was something I was genuinely so excited about. I had so much fun creating my cookie, putting all the little details together, and getting to be a part of something like this.
And the cookie that brought home the win was my Chocolate Snickerdoodle with a chocolate ganache drizzle! Chocolate on chocolate was definitely the way to go.
Winning makes this experience even more special, but honestly, just having the opportunity to participate was something I’m really grateful for.
This little business has become so much more than I ever imagined when I started it. There have been days where I’ve felt confident and days where I’ve questioned myself, but I’ve kept going, and I’m really proud of that.
So thank you to everyone who has ordered from me, shared my posts, recommended me to someone, encouraged me, supported my crazy ideas, or simply cheered me on. It truly means more than I can put into words.
I’m so grateful for where this journey has taken me so far, and I’m really excited to see where it takes me next.
And now I can officially say…
