This hidden gem in Edison, NJ deserves way more attention.
Under new ownership, Sunshine Grill is serving delicious comfort food, loaded breakfast burritos, juicy smash burgers, and fresh Mexican-inspired favorites at affordable prices.
�Here's what we tried: Birria Dos, Single Smash Cheeseburger, Loaded Cali Steak B***o, Sunshine Platter, Short Stack Pancakes, and the Double Smash "Drive-Thru." Every dish was made fresh and packed with flavor.
Don't skip the drinks either. We loved the Jamaica Refresher and Horchata.�
What makes this place even more special is the welcoming atmosphere. From owner Mike, to Chef Billy, to Erika, everyone made us feel right at home.�
