We were cleaning out our fryer this morning and realized we didn't have enough oil to refill the fryer vat. Made a call. 1.5 hours later it got delivered.

Seed oils are readily available & cheap. Running low on fryer oil is generally not a problem since a run to Restaurant Depot or Costco can be made.

🥑 Avocado Oil is still relatively new & very expensive. Not only is it packed with Oleic Acid, Potassium, & Vitamin E, it delivers a great flavor and crunch to our Falafel.
