❤️ 幾個月前，我們迎來了來自全美各地（加州、德州、紐約州、康乃狄克州…等）的80位台美朋友，他們齊聚新澤西參加排球比賽，並來紅蔥頭享用晚餐。那天，餐廳充滿了笑聲、聊天聲與筷子的碰撞聲。

老闆喜歡的，就是這樣的時刻——大家聚在一起，分享美食，創造回憶。這晚的熱鬧，讓人感到無比溫暖與幸福。💛

🏐💛 A few months ago, we welcomed 80 Taiwanese Americans from all over the U.S. — California, Texas, New York, Connecticut, and more — as they came to NJ for a volleyball tournament. The restaurant was buzzing with laughter, conversation, and the clinking of chopsticks.

Moments like this are exactly why the boss chose to open Red Onion Edison — to create a place where people can gather, share good food, and make lasting memories. Seeing everyone together that night wasn’t just lively — it was truly heartwarming. 💛
