Limited Time Only! Our special CNY Yu Sheng 鱼生 Salad. The ingredients are jellyfish, slices of salmon sashimi [optional], spinach, crispy noodles, fried taro, carrots, pomelo (Chinese grapefruit), cilantro leaves, ginger, sweet onions, radish, sesame seeds, crushed peanuts. Served with homemade plum sauce. Come in different sizes such as small, medium, and large. Since we are only offering take out, anything fried and sauce will be in separate containers/bags. Once you get home, you can mix all the ingredients together and say all the wishes you like as you toss the salad. If you have additional questions, you can call us! 732-777-1300.
