Today is a day of inspiration and surprises. We open at 4 pm. The menu varies today... Arroz con gandules with pernil, We will have pork chops with arroz con gandules, a pincho combo, and a mini pastelon. We will also have alcapurrias, pap rellena, and empanadas.

Guess What? T**i was inspired to open today. On Friday, I had a customer which explained she lived in Maryland and saw me on Tik Tok. She stated when she decided to visit her mother in the valley she would visit. Well guess what she came to visit. Three carloads of people. I just want to give her and her family a shout out. Thank you so much for sharing that story and visiting our food truck. I hope you have a safe trip home and look forward to another visit. Stay tune for the menu....
