Edinboro Market Edinboro Market, Inc. The U.S. Department of Agriculture has identified the Borough of Edinboro as a food desert. So we decided to change that!

is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides access to fresh, local food; an entrepreneurial marketplace for food producers, growers, and artisans; and an understanding of the importance of both. The Edinboro Market will be opening as a non-profit with the goal of promoting access to locally grown foods. In addition we will be educating our customers on the health and nutritional benefits of these foods. The Market will also provide incubator space for local farmers, growers and producers to test and improve new products, while building marketing skills that will allow them to 'grow' their businesses.
